Shaped springs

Shaped spring has an optional spatial shape and is capable of taking up external forces at planes or axes by bending. While used, shaped spring wire is bended to flexion and twisting.

Our company manufactures shaped springs:

• shapes with 2D and 3D bends
• simple shapes
• simple shapes combined with elements of compression, extension and torsion springs

Shaped springs are made of wires of a cylindrical cross-section from wire diameter of 0.50 mm up to 2.5 mm.

The use of CNC technology for production of shaped springs allows us to manufacture standardized shaped springs including special sorting following 100% measuring of required parameters of the whole production batch.
